• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• We offer store credit or exchange (no refunds)

• Due to hygiene and safety, earrings, fragrance and sale items are final sale (unless faulty)

What’s covered:

• Lost items, or damage caused by incorrect care (like swimming in plated jewellery)

To request a warranty claim: Email us within 30 days with:

  Unfortunately, we only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• Is your jewellery waterproof?
  Our gold-plated stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding salt water and chlorine to keep the shine longer.

• Can I machine wash Martinique Island Style clothing?
  Yes—always use a cold, delicate cycle and gentle detergent. Hand washing is even better if you have the time.
