Jewellery
✜ Our stainless steel and gold-plated stainless jewellery can handle water, but we recommend avoiding salt water and chlorine for long-term shine.
✜ Use the MIS pouch provided and keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from
humidity.
Gently polish your pieces with the included microfibre cloth to restore shine.
✜ Remove all jewellery before swimming, bathing, working out or sleeping.
✜ Keep pieces away from perfume, body lotion, sunscreen, and household cleaners.
✜ Costume jewellery should always be kept dry to avoid tarnishing or oxidisation (not made from stainless steel or sterling silver).
Clothing Care
✜ Machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle or hand wash in cold water.
✜ Keep wash time to a maximum of 30 minutes (avoid over-washing).
✜ Use a slow spin cycle (max. 800 rpm).
✜ Hang to dry on a hanger (do not tumble dry). While damp, gently straighten seams with your fingers - no ironing needed.
✜ While still damp, gently smooth the seams with your fingers - no ironing needed.
✜ For a crease-free finish, lightly spritz with water before wearing. We love adding a touch of natural fragrance.
Returns & Exchanges
Every Martinique Island Style piece comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s covered:
✜ Faults in materials or plating (e.g. peeling or discolouration)
✜ Breakage within normal use, if reasonable care has been followed
What’s not covered:
✘ Natural oxidisation or tarnishing over time
✘ General wear and tear
✘ Lost items, misuse, or damage caused by not following our care guide
✜ Simply email us at info@martiniqueislandstyle.com.au within 30 days with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of the item
✔ A short description of the issue
✜ We’ll assess and guide you from there.
✜ Not quite right? We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
